Michele F. Siemion MS, LAc earned her Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. With over 25 years of experience as an East Asian Medical Practitioner, Michele utilizes various therapies - including acupuncture, nutritional counseling, cupping, gua sha, electro-acupuncture, Point Injection Therapy (PIT), orthopedic muscle testing and yoga. Areas of specialty include musculo-skeletal pain, anxiety disorders, digestive conditions and equestrian rehabilitation.
Michele promotes health and wellness by emphasizing the inter-relationship of body systems. Every treatment is designed to meet the individual's specific health needs, to restore balance and harmony, and to encourage wholeness. She believes that patient involvement and education are essential in order to achieve and maintain optimal health. Patients are treated with respect and not discriminated against based on religion, gender, race and sexual orientation.
In her free time, MIchele enjoys spending time with friends, sewing projects, cooking Indian food and hiking the trails of Whatcom County with her Icelandic Sheepdog, Rokki. You will likely get to meet Rokki at the clinic, as he works part-time gently greeting patients and diligently herding practitioners.
